Reconditioning Process
Every Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be carefully inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the needed tools to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack equipment put back together based on OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The components which get replaced includes: filters and hoses, the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. In addition, each unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers provides an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units provide a ninety seven inch center of load.
